Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 June 2026

These Terms govern your use of the applications provided by North Digital Axis LLC ("NDA"), including NDA Profit, NDA CRM and NDA Connectro (each, an "App"). By installing or using an App you ("Merchant") agree to these Terms.

01The service

Each App provides software-as-a-service features for e-commerce, delivered through your Shopify admin and our infrastructure. We may update or modify features over time.

02Billing

Paid plans are billed exclusively through Shopify's Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. Prices, plans and any free trial are shown on the listing and in-app. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Charges already incurred are non-refundable unless required by law.

03Acceptable use

04Data

Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your store data and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the App.

05Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or third-party outages (including Shopify) may affect availability.

06Disclaimers & liability

The Apps are provided "as is". Profit and ROAS figures are estimates based on available data and your inputs and are not accounting, tax or financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the prior 12 months.

07Termination

You may stop using an App anytime by uninstalling it. We may suspend access for breach of these Terms or Shopify's policies. On termination, data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

08Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the App or listing. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
